Q. How much is postage?

A. Within in the UK is FREE 2nd class Delivery for any size order.Next day rates are available if needed but are chargeable.

 

Outside the UK – varies on which country is chosen, please email for a price.

 

Q. My order has not been delivered, what do I do?

A. If your order has not been received by 10 working days please email us @

 

Q. Returned items – How do I do this?

A. We accept returns if they are damaged, faulty or not as ordered. Refunds of unopened bottles / tubs that are not as ordered or not satisfied with need to be sent back to our office within 14 days of purchase to receive a full refund. Email us @                              

and leave your telephone number and we will get right back to you.

 

Q. How long will it take till I receive my order?

A. All orders received before 3.30pm the same day are sent the same day.Please allow 3 to 5 working days usually for 2nd class Royal Mail orders.For orders outside the UK please allow a minimum of 2 weeks for delivery as sometimes they could be delayed at customs.

 

Q. How secure is the website?

A. Secure Credit Card payments are taken by Paypal.

 

Paypal is market leader for millions of online payments through sites such as Ebay and most people online use paypal to buy goods online.

Q. What does your company do for damaged goods in transit?

A. Please email us.We would need a photograph emailed of the goods damaged as proof , then we can look at a solution.

 

Q. What happens if I am not in the house when my order is trying to be delivered?

A. If you are not in to receive your order Royal Mail should put a card through your door stating that they attempted delivery and will give you the opportunity to arrange a re-delivery or to pick up from the local depot.

 

Q. Can I come to pick up my order from your premises?

A. If you wish to pick up your order please email us and leave your telephone number and we will call you right back.

    We are based in the north west and if you are local enough to collect we will reduce the cost of the items for you by £2.00 per item (except for the  healthy meal and formula 2 vitamins)
